Roles & Responsibilities
(Leadership Track)

Now you are a member you have started your journey to become a "Competent Communicator" (CC).

Ultimately you may wish to become a fully recognised Distinguished Toastmaster by following the Education Track to the end - see how you can achieve this by following both the Leadership Track and the Speaking Track

This will be achieved by working through 10 speeches designed for you to explore every aspect of public speaking from use of words to body language, use of props to the art of persuasion.

Have a look at the Basic Manual elements or look at the Advanced Manuals to use when you have completed CC.

The "Leadership Manual" guides you through the aims and purpose of each of the 10 projects and the tips provided here will also help you get the best out of your Club.
