Now you are a member you have started your journey to become a "Competent Toastmaster". This will be achieved by working through 10 speeches designed for you to explore every aspect of public speaking from use of words to body language, use of props to the art of persuasion. Have a look at the basic manual elements or look at the advanced manuals if you have completed CTM.

The "Leadership & Communication Manual" guides you through the aims and purpose of each of the 10 projects and the tips provided here will also help you get the best out of your Club.
